Our work does not replace statutory emergency services or legally required competent-person assessments, fire-risk assessments, engineering advice, medical governance or other specialist legal or regulatory requirements.

Any engagement scope, deliverables, fees and responsibilities are agreed separately in writing. The website is for general information and confidential enquiry purposes.
